Oneness

Human beings are wired to connect. Yet our circumstances often create fear and leave impressions that make us build walls and shut down.

As children, we trust easily. We are open, vulnerable, and unafraid. But sometimes this vulnerability leads to hurt, disappointment, or rejection. These experiences leave deep marks. Sensitive people withdraw quickly and begin often without realizing it to build walls as a form of protection. There may be immense goodness in the world, but past wounds can make people pull away or close themselves off entirely.

It takes conscious effort and inner work to move beyond that place and learn to trust life again. Divinity is the experience of oneness a state beyond social, cultural, financial, intellectual, spiritual, or gender-based conditioning.

Kindness doesn’t require much, yet it has the power to soften hearts. Our kindness can help others dissolve their walls, preventing another innocent soul from shutting down. It is also how we dissolve our own. Inclusion is a form of kindness. Small acts of compassion can lift our consciousness from the small self to universal oneness. It takes courage to be kind, but in that courage we feel the divine presence in everyone.

Hurt people, often unknowingly, continue to hurt others from behind their walls. Those who rise above this and feel the oneness create a path for others to experience it as well.

Small acts of kindness create large echoes in the universe. They ripple outward in ways we may never fully see.
