Gain strength by connecting within

At times mind is not inward tuned, when fear, doubts anxiety and uncertainty engulfs the mind,life seems to be very tough. Knowingly or unknowingly we may project our thoughts and feelings to the outside world, but who can hp us more than our own self ?

There is no such thing like once and for all. Life is a process of continuous evolution hence tests, learnings, changes, mistakes, corrections etc keeps on repeating continuously.

In a broader sense fear, anxiety, doubts all engulf the mind when we don't live in the NOW.  Though we know how precious it is to live in the NOW, yet we deviate. My close circle and I myself  ask me this question,  sometime back  I might have learnt, realised or written something about overcoming fear, living in the NOW, later point of time I might have forgotten it and need a reminder. At times we may get good insights from around us to pull us back to the normal and at other times only we need to help ourselves.

It's very natural and hence ok to deviate, but what is important is how quickly you pull yourself back to reality. 

Inward connection is the only way to tackle all our challenges. We need to find a way to centre to our inner self,  it could be prayer, meditation, writing, singing, dancing, cooking, driving, gardening, painting, catching up with friends or just a long walk. Whatever is your way of inner connection do it as often as possible. Only when you are connected within you can face all that which is happening around. Life would be simple, and peaceful when you are in constant company with your inner self - your all time best friend.
