At times nothing works, one can't apply ones learnings or knowledge in certain situations. What is the use of knowing, learning or wisdom when confronted with such situations. There is no point in asking "why me" or "why not me". Just ask " Help me".
Miracles exists. Surrender to the divine providence. Surrender is not the inability to handle a situation or giving up and sitting idle. Surrender is oneness. When we surrender to a higher entity, the higher energy merges with ours increasing our ability and inturn enabling us to handle the situation.
Surrender your humble self at His feet and allow yourself to be carried by grace. When reason and logic fails, surrender works.

My understanding is that acceptance is wisdom,foundation of peace and the beginning of spirituality.
Cheerful acceptance is a liberated state of mind.
Acceptance without the idea of acceptance is surrender.
When we are the creators of our own destiny and we need to be responsible for our own self how does surrender come into picture ? We don't understand this until we think that in surrender we are expecting the other entity to work on our behalf. But actually surrender is oneness where both the individual entity and higher entity to which we surrender become one and work together.
Babuji says that surrender is complete when we surrender not only to God but to all of His creations.
There are various levels of surrender and various degrees of mergence. Total surrender, absolute mergence.
